Merchants benefit from regular theme releases for many reasons. New features and bug fixes are often included in the latest version, so it is important to compare your current theme to the release notes and update if there is a new version available.

How to Find the Version Number

To find the version number for the theme, in your control panel, go to Storefront > Themes and the number will be right under the theme name. It should be displayed with two decimal points (e.g. Version 6.3.0).
