Conversion Boosters (22 Savile Row)
Learn how to configure and use the features in 22 Savile Row including the recently sold popup. In your control panel, go to Storefront > Themes, and click the blue "Customize" button to launch Theme Editor. In the left hand column of the Theme Editor, click the panel labelled 'Conversion Boosters'.
People Looking At This Product

Description |
| Simulate number of people looking |
Select this to generate a random number of people looking at any product page on your store. Showing the number of people looking at a product can create a sense of social proof, urgency, and trust.

Enter the minimum number of people you want looking at your products. |
| Maximum number |
Enter the maximum number of people you want looking at your products.
|
| Don't always show |
It may not always appear genuine if all products have people looking at them. Select this so the feature doesn't always appear on product pages. |
| Time in seconds between counter update |
Choose the time in which the number of people looking changes on product pages. Changing the number periodically makes it seem more genuine. Please note you will need to enter the number in seconds. |
Recently Sold Popup

Select this to a show a popup with recently sold products on large screens. Having a recently sold product popup can create a sense of social proof, trust, urgency, and exclusivity that can help drive sales and increase the perceived value of a product

| Product IDs to feature |
A product id can be found in the URL when editing a product. So for example https://store-qgevfcjm6j.mybigcommerce.com/manage/products/144/edit would give you 144 as the id. If you want to more than one product just add a comma followed by another product's id. So for example 144,145,146. |
| Customer names |
Enter the customer names you want displayed in the popup. If you want to more than one name just add a comma followed by another name. So for example Duncan L, Alex M, Paul W, Sam P. |
| Purchased how many minutes ago? |
Choose the time when a product was last purchased. Changing the number periodically makes it seem more genuine. If you want to more than one number just add a comma followed by another number. So for example 5,16,19,27. Please note you will need to enter the number in minutes.

| Hide after X seconds |

Cart Countdown Timer

Select this to show a countdown timer on the cart page. Having a countdown timer on the cart page can create a sense of urgency, scarcity, and transparency, and may help reduce cart abandonment rates, increase sales, and build trust with customers.

Enter the first half of your countdown message. This will appear before the timer. |
| Countdown in minutes |
Choose the time you want the timer to start from. Please note you will need to enter the number in minutes.

Enter the second half of your countdown message. This will appear after the timer.

| Countdown ended message |
Enter a message you want to appear once the countdown timer has finished. |
