Global Theme Settings (Brick Lane)
In your control panel, go to Storefront > Themes, click the blue "Customize" button to launch Theme Editor, then select the "Theme Styles" icon. In the left hand column of the Theme Editor, click the panel labelled 'Global Theme Settings'.
Global Container Width

Global Scrolling Banner

Enter number between 0 and 50 to control the scroll speed of the banner. Please note about if you set the speed to 0, the scrolling banner is turned off and all the messages appear visible on one row.

For example, if you want to link to https://www.yourstore.com/our-delivery-options/ simply enter /our-delivery-options/ in the field.
