Home Page (Covent Garden)
Configure the home page and hero banner features in this section. In your control panel, go to Storefront > Themes, and click the blue "Customize" button to launch Theme Editor. In the left hand column of the Theme Editor, click the panel labelled 'Home Page'.
Carousel

Description |
| Show carousel slides |
Select this to toggle the hero carousel on or off. Use this article to help you choose what image sizes are best for you. |
| Show carousel arrows |
Choose to toggle the left and right arrows on or off. |
| Carousel mode |
This changes the carousel mode to either Storyboard or Classic. Find out more about the carousel modes on this article.

| Carousel width |
Choose to Contain to page width (recommended) or Screen width. |
| Carousel content alignment |
Choose to align the carousel content left, center or right. |
| Background color |
Select the color of the overlay on the carousel. |
| Background transparency |
Select the opacity of the overlay on the carousel.
|
| Title color |
Select the color of the large text on the carousel. |
| Description color |
Select the color of the smaller text on the carousel. |
| Indicator color |
Select the border color of the empty dot at the bottom of the Carousel if there is more than one slide (on Classic mode). |
| Indicator active color |
Select the border color of the active dot at the bottom of the Carousel if there is more than one slide (on Classic mode). |
| Indicator background color |
Select the color of the box behind the dots below the carousel if there is more than one slide (on Classic mode). |
| Arrow color |
Select the color of the left and right arrows if there is more than one slide (on Classic mode). |
| Arrow background color |
Select the color of the box behind the arrows if there is more than one slide (on Classic mode). |
| Allow image to stretch on large screens |
Select this option to have carousel images stretch across large screens. |
| Offset & overlap content |
Select this option to offset & overlap the carousel content. Enable "Storyboard" carousel mode to show this feature. |
Featured Categories

Description |
| Enable featured categories on the home page |
Select this to pull in specific categories that you want to feature. You can do this in your control panel by creating a new category, or choosing an existing one. Under the chosen (top level) category, add new sub categories - these will appear as featured categories on the home page. |

Match this to the top level category which you want to use "e.g. Featured Categories". |
| Home page featured category columns |
Select how many featured categories display per row. |
| Hide category names in featured category grid |
If you have uploaded images to your featured categories that already include text, check this option to prevent the text label for each category appearing. |
| Hide "Featured Categories" title |
This will prevent the "Featured Categories" title from appearing above the grid, if you want the theme to show a grid of images directly below the main hero image. |
| Stop the top level featured category from appearing in the main navigation bar |
Select this option to hide the specified top level "featured" category from the main navigation bar. Please note 'Featured Categories' must be ticked as "Visible In Menu" in the Products > Product Categories list, even if you don't want it to appear in the Main Navigation. |

Elfsight Instagram Feed

Check this to activate your Elfsight Instagram feed. Elfsight offer a highly configurable feed module that we have set up our theme to work with. They offer free and premium versions, which you can sign up for here.
