Contextual Navigation Bar
Check this option to enable contextual navigation on category and brand pages.
Ideal for stores with large catalogues, this feature means that when navigating to a category or brand, the main navigation bar displays sub-categories/other brands.
Action Buttons
Show Quickview
Enables product quick view allowing visitor to see product details in a pop-up rather than leave the category page.
Show Add to List Button
This will display an Add to List button on the category product listing grid to allow a visitor to compile a wishlist of products.
"Choose Options" Button Opens Quickview
Products with variants display a "Choose Options" button instead of "Add to Cart". This option changes the behaviour when the button is clicked to display quick view, rather than leave the category page.
Display Options
Default Listing View
Set the default layout of the category page, whether products are shown in a grid or list view.
Side Bar Category Navigation Style
Show subcategories only or an expanded category tree.
Show Subcategories in the Grid
If your subcategories have images, enable this option to display them above the products grid. If no images have been assigned to subcategories, enabling this option will have no effect.
Show "Shop by Price"
Enable this option to display a "Shop by Price" filter on Category Pages.
Please note that the filter will only appear when there are enough products with a range of prices on your store. These ranges are generated by the BigCommerce system and can't be controlled by the theme.
Sale Tags
Enable this and any discounted product, i.e. any product with a sale price, will display a sale tag.
Please note due to the way BigCommerce currently generates product prices, sale tags will appear on any discounted product, including ones in customer groups with discounts applied.
Additional Information on Product Cards
Custom Fields
Enable this option to display text entered in Product > Custom Fields on the product card.
Availability Field
Enable this option to display information entered in Product > Other Details > Availability on the product card.
Show Stock Levels
Enable this option to display the current stock level of the item on the product card.
Please note, this setting has no effect on the Product Details Page (PDP).
To configure the display of stock levels on the PDP, from the Control Panel go to Advanced Settings > Inventory > Stock Level.
Stop Category Images Appearing in the Header Section
We recommend only using category images for featured categories and empty categories that feature sub-categories. Check this option to stop the default category image from displaying in the page heading.
Number of Products per Page
Choose how many products to display on the Category, Brand and Search Results pages.
Please note we have set these lists to display options that divide into 3 or 4 columns so that the grids will display correctly across all devices.
